Refund policy
At m’Anais Jewels we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Under Dutch law, you have the right to return your jewelry within a 14-day reflection period starting the day after you receive your order.
How Returns Work:
1. 14-day reflection period: You can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
2. Return period: After informing us, you have another 14 days to return the item.
3. Total return window: A maximum of 28 days from the day you receive the jewelry.
4. Condition of the item: The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
5. Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
6. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure a safe return.
7. Refund & Exchange Options:
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 days.
• Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
• If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange for another item, subject to availability.
